Hopefully by now most of you are enjoying (or like us in the Northeast still looking forward to) the arrival of the spring. It is a very special time of the year, and we wanted to share with you some exciting news of our own: the StopPests in Housing Program, along with the Northeastern IPM Center, have just moved to a new location on the Cornell campus! The new offices will be located on the first floor of Rice Hall on Tower Road.
Many of our new neighbors in Rice Hall — the Pest Management Education Program, Cornell Institute for Climate Change and Agriculture, and the Atkinson Center for a Sustainable Future among them — are, like us, collaborative and extension-related organizations.
“I believe that this new location will increase our visibility and connectivity with other departments and programs on campus,” said Steve Young, the director of the Northeastern IPM Center. “We are looking forward to engaging and being more accessible to researchers, students, collaborators, and visitors alike”.
Our new address, to send all mail to or pay us a visit, is:
StopPests in Housing
Northeastern IPM Center
340 Tower Road
Cornell University
Ithaca, NY 14853
Our telephone numbers will remain the same. Call StopPests at (607) 254-8990.
So next time you’re in town, stop by and visit us in our new offices — we look forward to connecting with you!
Looking forward to the new opportunities that the new location will bring. Best of luck!
